The staff is amazing, very friendly, and helped us big time! The rooms were super clean, comfy, and they even found my husband's lost wedding ring. 😊 I wasn't too keen on shelling out extra money for breakfast and valet parking, but given the overall experience, I didn't mind at all.

Close to highways with great dining options nearby, accommodating staff like Trung offer fun suggestions. Room mix-ups and minor service issues noted, but the location near transit and quiet rooms impress. Valet service stands out despite parking glitches. A well-located, clean choice with some room for improvement.

The hotel had a mixed experience. The staff at check-in were friendly, especially Jessica. The room was clean and spacious, loved the bathroom size. The floors needed cleaning. Price was a bit high for the location. The receptionist wasn't helpful with lost items. But the reception staff (African American and Asian) were amazing, helping secure a lost wallet and scarf. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

I always stay here. First visit, staff helped with directions. Has everything I need - free internet, 24-hr room service, fitness center, pool, laundry, business center. Perfect for me. Coming back for New Year.

The room was great - it had a really comfortable bed and a nice view. The air conditioning and soundproofing made it easy to relax and the coffee machine was a lifesaver in the morning.

The hotel provided free bikes, which was great for exploring. The fitness center was a bonus, but I didn't have time to use it. The staff was friendly, but maybe a bit too concerned about the thermostat.

I guess they forgot to turn on the heat in my room, but hey, who needs warmth in the middle of winter? Good thing I only slept for a few hours anyway.

The rooms were comfortable with all the necessary amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff provided excellent service, were friendly, and always available to help. Breakfast was very satisfying and offered a wide variety of options.

One thing to note is that some of the rooms were not soundproof, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, the on-site restaurant was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The familiarity of the valet service and the helpfulness of the two receptionists made my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We loved the easy access to transportation. The metro is just steps away, and we were able to get to NYC in no time. the hotel is conveniently located in front of a mall and very close to La Guardia airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms weresuper clean and cozy.

The hotel is conveniently located near LGA and Citifield, perfect for families with children. The lobby is stunning and the staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with private bathrooms and great beds. The airport shuttle service is a great bonus.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, being close to the airport. It made it really convenient for me to catch my early flight without any hassle. the room itself was very clean and well-maintained, made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff at the hotel, especially Janelle the bartender, were friendly and provided excellent service, adding a personal touch to my experience.
